12 ReTech Corporation has completed the acquisition of E-motion Apparel from Hubert Blanchette for an undisclosed sum.

Based in Hong Kong, 12 ReTech Corporation is an integrated retail platform, while E-motion Apparel is an American womenswear manufacturer.

The deal closed on 13 March.

The acquisition will enable 12 ReTech to improve its manufacturing capabilities and extend its online offerings.

Waterlogic has agreed to acquire a 100% stake in Billi Financial Services (Billi) for an undisclosed sum.

Waterlogic is a UK-based producer and distributor of purified drinking water dispensers, while Billi distributes boiling, chilled and sparkling filtered drinking water in Australia.

Reliance Retail Limited (RRL) has completed the acquisition of a 16% stake in KaiOS Technologies for a cash consideration of $7m.

Based in India, RRL is a retail chain subsidiary of Reliance Industries Limited, while KaiOS is a mobile operating system technology provider based in the US.

RRL has obtained 19,04,781 shares priced at $3.675 each, as part of the transaction.

The transaction closed on 12 March.
