BigCommerce and Brightpearl to offer improved back office operations for retailers
Retail management system Brightpearl has been selected as a certified technology partner by e-commerce software services company BigCommerce to simplify back office operations for retailers.
The partnership will allow BigCommerce customers to access Brightpearl’s Cloud-based retail management system.
The enterprise resource planning (ERP) solution offered by Brightpearl enables retailers and wholesalers to expand and face competition by unifying orders, inventory, financials, customer relationship management, and other retail operation processes.
It aims at streamlining a business' back office so that it can concentrate on scaling customer bases and enhancing growth.
Brightpearl CEO Derek O'Carroll said: "We're excited to work together with BigCommerce to offer a complete, integrated solution that enables omnichannel retailers to take care of the back office and inventory management activities in a way that lets growing retailers focus on their customers.”
The integration of Brightpearl’s solution with BigCommerce is expected to enable omnichannel retailers to manage their inventory levels, financials, order processing and fulfilment more efficiently from a central location instead of multiple administrative areas.
