Ukrainian e-commerce company Topmall has issued 25,011 new shares to Merlin Group to raise zl1.3m ($0.34m).

Based in Poland, Merlin Group develops e-commerce projects based on an integrated platform.

Lenta has completed a private placement of bonds to raise RUR5bn ($88.4m).

The three-year bonds carry a coupon rate of 8.7% a year, payable semi-annually.
