UK-based investment company Hystead has acquired AP Retail for €156m ($181m).
Based in Bulgaria, the target company operates shopping centres.
The acquirer is co-owned by Hyprop Investments (60%) and PDI Investment Holdings (40%).
American building materials supplier Concord Lumber Corporation has completed the purchase of ColorWorks Paint & Decorating.
Also based in the US, the target company is a paint retailer founded by Terry Bane and Jock Robey.
The acquisition is expected to help Concord Lumber Corporation to expand its product offerings.
Retail technology provider Aptos has agreed to acquire TXT Retail, a company based in Italy.
The acquisition is expected to help Aptos to offer omnichannel solutions for retailers and expand its customer base to 1,000 retail brands, of which more than 500 brands are served by TXT Retail.
The target company provides merchandise lifecycle management solutions.
Israel-based digital marketing agency Operad has bought e-commerce agency iCommerce.
The target company is a marketing and logistics solutions provider to international companies.
Operad expects the transaction to help expand its e-commerce solutions.
