PnP Loyalty has announced plans to leverage Epson America’s OmniLink Merchant Services (OMS) platform for its new retail and restaurant customer engagement platform.

PnP Loyalty provides loyalty, CRM and digital rewards solutions for convenience stores and chain restaurants.

As part of its new engagement solution, the company will leverage Epson's OMS cloud to offer the key features that are required to help clients set up rules to automate communications by understanding their guests' behaviors.

Epson America POS printers and robotics product management director Gregg Brunnick said: "We are pleased to be working with PnP Loyalty, an innovative customer engagement solutions provider that works behind the scenes to truly understand the value of data and supports all loyalty marketing needs for chain restaurants and retail stores.

"One of the biggest benefits of our partnership is that it has eliminated the POS integration challenges for PnP Loyalty. They can roll out to chains, across multiple POS platforms by simply upgrading our receipt printer."

The solution will help to take up customer engagement through a guest facing tablet, a mobile app, or a combination of both.
