Samsonite chooses Aptos Enterprise Order Management to streamline operations


Luggage company Samsonite has selected Aptos Enterprise Order Management to enhance its omnichannel operations.

Aptos Enterprise Order Management is a tool provided by retail technology solutions provider Aptos and is designed to help retailers enhance order visibility, flexibility, profitability and speed.

Samsonite will deploy the order management solution to manage all orders throughout their lifecycle, from initiation to fulfilment and back again (RMAs).

Combining real-time inventory across the enterprise with front-end order management, the solution aims to allow Samsonite to serve its customers and fulfil merchandise from different locations or channels and prevent lost sales.

Irrespective of the platforms from where the company's orders originate, the solution provides Samsonite with access to customer history, communication logs and order information to quickly create and manage orders.
