Title Nine upgrades its website on Kibo’s eCommerce platform
Women’s sporting goods retailer Title Nine has upgraded its website on Kibo’s eCommerce solution.
With the upgrade, Title Nine intends to further streamline its e-commerce operations, improve the experience of online shoppers, and increase visibility for the brand.
The company has opted to revamp its previous website in an effort to establish better connection with its customers who shop through electronic platforms such as tablets, mobile and desktop.
Title Nine marketing and eCommerce vice-president Chrissy Ginieczki said: “The Kibo eCommerce solution has not only allowed us to expand features and functionality of our new site, but it has created a more seamless shopping experience for our customers.

The company has noted that the upgraded site provides more information on each product page, an improved checkout flow in all channels and an overall enriching experience for the shoppers.
According to the company, higher conversion rates were observed across all touchpoints. It has also improved customer engagement with the brand.
One of the features on the site includes guided and personalised selling tools aimed at enabling the customers to choose the right product.
