IoT related deals in the retail industry decreased in H1 2021

Internet of Things (IoT) related deals made up 3.5% of all deals announced in the retail sector in the first six months of 2021.

This represents a decrease from the figure of 3.6% in the last six months of 2020 and a decrease from 6.6% in the first six months of 2020.

In the first six months of 2021, the overall number of announced deals in the retail sector decreased by 10.3%, from the same period in 2020.
