Ronen Eldad has entered an agreement to take over Shilav Group for up to NIS120m ($34.53m).

Based in Israel, the target company sells baby and children apparel and accessories through its 70 outlets and 300 stores.

The transaction is scheduled for closure by 31 January.

Scroll Corporation intends to acquire a 100% stake in Travex Tours from Eguchi Daiji, Keiichi Tsuchiya, and Daisuke Mikami for an undisclosed sum.

Based in Japan, Scroll Corporation is engaged in the production of women apparel.

Chen Guanghui has entered an agreement to purchase a 51% stake in Changsha from JiajiaGroup.
