Mobile Restaurant Management application will support Dave & Buster’s by delivering operational process efficiencies and enhanced reporting as the company continues to expand across North America.
According to Proxomo Software, the new application will allow Dave & Buster’s to better track food, safety, and training compliance and deliver real time store analytics to help make more timely and insightful operational and inventory decisions.
Further, Proxomo’s Mobile Restaurant Management application allows the chain’s managers to easily conduct readiness reports, store audits, incident reports, food temperature compliance and training in a roles-based environment.
Dave & Busters Information and Technology vice president Greg Clore said, "Proxomo has provided us with an application that gives us the flexibility to control, collect, and analyze many of our key day-to-day operational metrics throughout our stores across the country in a matter of minutes instead of hours or days."
The solution also includes a web console that allows an administrator to manage users, track and monitor responses from the field, and identify issues at the store level.
Dave & Buster’s presently operates 65 outlets across the US.
It provides a menu of casual dining food items, and a selection of non-alcoholic and alcoholic beverage items together with an assortment of entertainment attractions, including screen televisions and audio systems, skill and sports-oriented redemption games, video games, interactive simulators, and other traditional games.
