Under the agreement, eBay Enterprise will provide fulfillment, warehouse and order management systems, payments, freight, and customer service solutions for Kate Spade New York, Kate Spade Saturday, Jack Spade, and Lucky Brand in the US and Canada.
Fifth & Pacific Companies Global IT and Operations senior vice president Linda Yanussi said the company is focused on creating a true omnichannel business across all of their brands, moving from brick and mortar and ecommerce to all around enterprise commerce.

Lucky Brand and Kate Spade New York have also partnered with eBay Enterprise for marketing solutions including strategy, search, email management, and affiliate marketing services.
Further, eBay Enterprise also helped launch the new Kate Spade Saturday brand.
Fifth & Pacific Companies designs and markets a portfolio of retail-based, premium, global lifestyle brands including Kate Spade and Lucky Brand.
In addition, the Adelington Design Group, a private brand jewelry design and development group, markets brands through department stores and serves JC Penney via exclusive supplier agreements for the Liz Claiborne and Monet jewelry lines.
Recently, the company completed the sale of the Juicy Couture intellectual property to Authentic Brands Group (ABG) and is working under a license from ABG as the company transitions and winds down the Juicy Couture business through 2014.
