Middle East-based multi channel retailer Kamal Osman Jamjoom Group has deployed the Oracle Retail Point-of-Service and Oracle Retail Store Inventory Management solution to enhance its store operations and improve customer experience.

The retailer has deployed the Oracle Retail Stores applications using its existing Oracle Retail Merchandising Operations Management, Oracle Retail Merchandise Financial Planning and Oracle Retail Warehouse Management System solutions.

The Oracle Retail Stores applications will allow a wide view of the business ensuring its retail operations are optimized in support of the group’s performance, growth and customer objectives.

The applications will also deliver a unified view of operational data, providing an improved visibility to inventory levels and item performance.

Store associates will be able to access data in real-time on customer profile, purchasing and loyalty history to maintain consistent and positive shopping experiences across the Group’s store portfolio.

The latest deployment of Oracle Retail applications marks the extension of the Kamal Osman Jamjoom Group’s strategic relationship with Oracle, which began in 2006.
