Deals this week: Ccoop Group, Coterie Company, Paymark


Ccoop Group (formerly Xi'an Minsheng Group) has announced plans to raise CNY3bn ($435.05m) through a bonds offering.

Ccoop is a China-based department stores and supermarkets operator.

Coterie Company has secured $1.25m in funding through a seed funding round.

An online platform for beauty products, Coterie plans to use the funds to expand its business.

Paymark has formed a partnership with Transaction Network Services (TNS) in order to expand its EFTPOS services.

"Coterie plans to use the funds to expand its business."

The partnership will enable Paymark to provide dial-up services for another three years to New Zealand-merchants.

Paymark is an electronic payments company based in New Zealand, while TNS is a US data communication services provider.
