M&As this week: Pimex Broadcast, cocokara fine, China Packaging Holdings Development


Pimex Broadcast has reached an agreement with Den Networks and Jasper Infotech (Snapdeal.com) to fully acquire Macro Commerce (DEN Snapdeal TV Shop).

The 100% share purchase agreement is valued at Rs1m ($0.015m).

The target company operates television shopping portal that sells appliances in categories, including electronics, fashion, home and kitchen.

All the companies involved in the transaction are based in India.

Japanese drug store chains operator cocokara fine plans to acquire Senior Cosmos, a company also based in Japan.

The target company is a pharmacy dispenser and home nursing services provider.

China Packaging Holdings Development has signed a memorandum of understanding (MoU) with Sun Huirong to acquire a majority stake in Hebei Xinjiang E-Commerce Company.

The target company provides a trading platform offering business-to-business (B2B) and business-to-customer (B2C) electronic trading services.

The acquirer designs, manufactures, prints and sells paper-based packaging products.

All the companies involved in the acquisition are based in China.
