TVPage launches three video commerce applications for online retailers

TVPage, a provider of video content management system (CMS) for merchants, has launched three video commerce applications.

These applications are claimed to generate ROI for online retailers through monetised video experiences.

The three new capabilites include the Right Rail, Video Commerce Landing Pages for Email Marketing, and Video Commerce Search Results.

By enabling retailers to deploy video commerce experiences across multiple marketing channels, these capabilities allow integration of video into a merchant’s ecosystem.

TVPage CEO Allon Caidar said: “We’re leveraging Video Commerce in new ways that continue to grow video visits from all core marketing channels, driving higher conversion rates and average order values.”

These applications were launched at Internet Retail Conference & Exhibition (IRCE 2017) in Chicago, US.

Serving products alongside each video programmatically generates increased sales. The Right Rail capability provides the highest converting video content to a viewer and matches it with contextually relevant top selling products.

The Video Commerce Landing Pages for Email Marketing application enables to drive new traffic and engagement from email marketing efforts with video content. When users click, they can go to a custom video landing page to watch the video, as well as shop the related products. According to a recent survey, 76% of email marketers plan to use more video to benefit from the 65% increase in click through rates.

TVPage’s Video Commerce Search Results capability enables the delivery of video search results with landing pages that improve customer experience and engagement. It has been found that search results with video have a 41% higher click-through rate than those only with text.
