Italian multi-brand luxury retailer Julian Fashion has partnered global e-commerce retailer ESW to drive its international growth and enhance checkout experience.

The retailer will use ESW’s comprehensive solutions, including checkout, logistics, and duty and tax management, to streamline operations.

Julian Fashion, which operates eight physical stores in Italy, will now extend its reach to Australia, Brazil, Ireland, Mexico, the United Arab Emirates, the UK and the US.

Julian Fashion chief commercial officer Giulia Tondini stated: “Our strategic partnership with ESW allows us to reinforce our global presence across multiple markets with minimal operational effort or added cost.

“ESW’s solution also improves conversion overall by providing our shoppers with a better and more customer-friendly checkout experience.”

Julian Fashion will benefit from ESW’s retailer and customer service portals, which provide the capability to manage and modify orders autonomously, enhancing the customer experience after purchase.
