Convenience stores chain Żabka Polska and Stagwell have formed a joint venture (JV) to introduce a new consumer analytics and engagement platform for the Polish market.  

Known as In-Pulse, the tool collects aggregated data to offer anonymous insights on Polish consumer behaviour.

The solution supplies companies with information on consumer preferences, shopping trends and expenditure patterns to help them develop targeted marketing strategies. 

In-Pulse will make use of Żabka’s retail network and its Żappka app, and Stagwell’s analytics technology and marketing and e-commerce knowledge.  

Żabka operates 11,600 convenience stores in Poland, processing 4.1m transactions daily. The Żappka app has more than ten million users.
