Growth was supported by strong wholesale and royalties performance, as well as solid demand in the Americas and Asia Pacific. Meanwhile, Europe, Japan and the Middle East showed weaker trends.

Overall, underlying organic expansion remained modest.

Reported growth stood at 6.4%, reflecting a negative foreign exchange impact of 7.4 percentage points.

Retail sales, accounting for 87.2% of total revenues, rose 10.1% at constant currency to €1.24bn.

Wholesale delivered the fastest growth, increasing 40.2% at constant currency to €129.3m.

Organic growth in wholesale reached 17.2%, supported by resumed shipments to Saks Global, performance in the duty-free channel, and the addition of Versace.

By brand, Prada retail sales were largely unchanged, up 0.4% at constant currency.

The company cited improvements in the Americas and the Asia Pacific, along with stronger full-price sales, partly offset by lower outlet contribution.

Miu Miu retail sales increased 2.4%, despite headwinds linked to the Middle East conflict.

Versace contributed €143m in net revenues following its consolidation in December 2025, performing in line with expectations.

Regionally, the Americas delivered the strongest retail growth, with sales rising 34.4% at constant currency and 15.2% on an organic basis, driven by robust local demand.

Asia Pacific remained the largest market, with retail sales up 13.5% at constant currency and 5.2% organically, supported by Greater China and Korea.

Europe recorded retail growth of 1.7% at constant currency but an organic decline of 6.5%, reflecting softer traveller spending.

Japan was broadly stable, with sales up 1% at constant currency and down 2.2% organically.

The Middle East saw a 22.2% decline, with the ongoing regional conflict affecting both domestic and tourist demand.
