
US-based Authentic Brands Group has selected Reshop as the official provider of instant refunds for its brand portfolio.
The collaboration between Reshop and Authentic will offer consumers immediate access to their refunds, facilitating faster repurchases and enhancing the overall shopping experience.
Reshop, which launched in 2024, is focused on delivering a faster response to such requests.
Authentic will roll out the platform in stages, beginning with brands such as Reebok, Champion, Vince Camuto and Juicy.
The rollout will subsequently extend to brands such as DC Shoes, Roxy, RVCA and Volcom.
Authentic chief digital officer Adam Kronengold stated: “Speed, convenience and optionality are key factors for retailers to ensure success in today’s landscape, and we’re always looking for new ways to enhance the shopping experience for our customers. We’re thrilled to partner with Reshop to continue to improve the overall post-purchase experience for shoppers, offering them greater flexibility through instant refunds.”

The company has already established partnerships with brands and retailers such as Alo Yoga, Steve Madden, Dolce Vita and others.

We’re eager to deliver the best possible service to keep them coming back.”
Authentic recently agreed to acquire the Dockers brand from US apparel company Levi Strauss & Co for a base sum of $311m.
