Canada-based cannabis and hemp products retailer HotBox Lounge + Shop has incorporated a new organisation, HotBox Holdings Inc.

The company has taken this decision to further grow its HotBox-branded cannabis and hemp products.

HotBox Holdings will expand the company’s retail footprint by opening seven new Lounge + Shops across Canada.

HotBox founder Abi Roach said: “We’re honoured to continue serving our loyal customers with HotBox-branded goods, and to expand the brand into new markets and product offerings across North America.”

“We are looking forward to partnering with licensed producers to offer hands-on, educated exposure of their recreational brands to our network of users.”

The company is also currently focused on obtaining a retail licence to enter the US market and plans to open multiple locations in the country by the end of next year.

It is planning to open its headquarters and launch HotBox-branded media events, hotel and festival activations in Boston, Massachusetts.
