UK electricals retailer Currys and software development company Quorso have partnered to launch smart platform Action AI in its stores across the UK to enhance efficiency.
The first week in August 2025 marked the debut of the platform in 16 UK stores, with a complete launch scheduled for September.

Currys chief operating officer Lindsay Haselhurst stated: “This marks a big step forward as we bring AI into the day-to-day running of our stores. It cuts through the mountain of data presented to our store managers, supporting targeted commercial actions and freeing up time to focus on what they do best – helping our customers with their tech needs. The platform is another important investment in our stores, which remain the lifeblood of our business and are loved by our customers.”
The Action AI platform integrates data points such as sales, footfall, promotions, surveys and customer satisfaction into a single, action-oriented dashboard.
This allows store managers and teams to concentrate on critical areas and implement timely, data-led actions.

In July 2025, Currys introduced the Pitch, an AI-powered ideas platform that transforms suggestions from the company’s staff members into actionable improvements.
