Fashion retailer Primark has confirmed full activation of its Click & Collect service across all its 187 UK locations.

The retailer expanded the service to an additional 29 stores, including every one of its 21 Scottish outlets, on 21 May 2025.

The retailer statedon LinkedIn: “From today, our popular Click & Collect service is now live across all our stores in Great Britain – including, for the very first time, all 21 Primark stores in Scotland.”

The achievement aligns with Primark’s pledge made in February 2025 to extend the Click & Collect service to all UK stores by the summer.

The initial trial of the service was launched in November 2022 at 25 locations in northern England and Wales.

The service enables customers to browse and purchase children’s apparel and nursery items online, then pick up their goods at a store they choose on a specified day.

In April 2025, the service was broadened to include an additional 24 stores, making it accessible in 158 Primark shops across England and Wales.

The company stated: “We’ve tested and learnt lots along the way, adding more stores and more products as we went. Today, the service is now live across all 187 of our GB stores, and offers customers the very best of Primark across womenswear, menswear, kids’ clothing and accessories, alongside select product from our home and lifestyle offering. That’s over 5,000 products available at the touch of our customers’ fingertips, giving them even more choice, convenience, and reasons to visit their local high streets.”
