THG Fulfil, a fulfilment and courier management division of e-commerce solutions provider THG Ingenuity, has partnered robotics provider Libiao to install 430 T-sorting robots into its Manchester warehouse facility.

Libiao’s T-sorting robots will be operational in September 2025 and will boost operational capacity by 75%, enabling THG Fulfil to process approximately one million units per day. The enhancement is strategically timed to support the company’s expansion and management of peak demand during the holiday season.

THG Fulfil supports fast-growing brands and major retailers, integrating automation, AI-driven technology and proprietary software to deliver customer satisfaction.

The addition of T-sorting robots advances automation for improved efficiency and speed in e-commerce operations.

Libiao’s robots are known for their high stability and sorting accuracy of up to 99.9%. The system sorts multiple destinations simultaneously, using electroplating robots that follow optimal paths for maximised efficiency.

The technology also offers space-saving benefits due to its compact design and versatility.
