In Västerås, the Erikslund store is set to open by the end of September 2025.

The Gamlestaden store in Gothenburg is scheduled to open in late November, strengthening Dollarstore’s presence in the city alongside the Sisjön store, also opening in 2025.

In Lycksele, Dollarstore will move from its temporary premises to a new store location in the autumn.

Dollarstore is also opening in Östhammar, as previously announced in 2024.

Dollarstore head of expansion Fredrik Holmström stated: “Recently, we have renewed our product range, for example, by introducing numerous products and brands from the Tokmanni Group’s private label assortment. These include products from Kotikulta, Miny, Energy+, Iisi, Future TT Sport, Parco and BBQ King, among others.

“Thanks to our new stores, our service and offering will be even more accessible to even more customers – something we are very happy about.”

Tokmanni Group also aims to expand its operations in Finland.

The Tokmanni variety discount retail chain plans to open outlets in Naantali, Kimitoön (Kemiönsaari) and Tuusula in Jokela, and relocate a store to Nilsiä, Kuopio.
