Facing rising returns and sustainability demands, the National Retail Federation (NRF) has announced NRF Rev—a new event focused on reverse logistics.
The retailer will not sell products sourced from 17 countries including Israel, Russia and Mali.
The transaction is expected to close in late 2025, pending customary closing conditions.
The investment plan encompasses the opening of two new buildings at its corporate headquarters in East London.
The brand has also unveiled North American retail expansion plans for stores in Victoria, Portland and San Francisco.
The company plans to further its Canadian presence with 17 new stores by the end of 2026.
