Bath & Body Works has announced its plan to recruit more than 30,000 seasonal associates across the US, Canada and Puerto Rico in anticipation of holiday season demand.

The company is seeking part-time retail associates for its 1,900 North American stores and filling more than 2,000 full-time positions at its five Ohio-based distribution centres.

The hiring aims to ensure that both stores and logistics are well-equipped to handle growing consumer demand.

Available roles at Bath & Body Works include part-time seasonal associates in retail stores and full-time merchandise processors, handlers, outbound loaders and high lift operators in distribution centres.

Bath & Body Works CEO Daniel Heaf, who took charge of the company in May 2025, stated: “The holiday season is when our brand, products and strong teams shine brightest.

“It’s our peak season and delivering excellence for our customers starts with the incredible people in our stores and distribution centres. We’re proud to create jobs for thousands of associates who will help us meet the moment and deliver a world-class experience for every customer.” 

Seasonal associates will benefit from perks such as a 40% discount at Bath & Body Works stores.

Bath & Body Works is working towards talent development, with many seasonal workers progressing into permanent roles and leadership positions within the company.

The company has consistently hired similar numbers of seasonal staff for the two previous holiday seasons.
