Spanish luxury house Loewe, owned by LVMH, has introduced its Casa Loewe retail concept to France for the first time with a new store on Avenue Montaigne in central Paris.

The site has been reconfigured to bring together a broad cross-section of the brand’s offer under one roof, and carries men’s and women’s ready-to-wear, leather goods, footwear, jewellery, accessories and a dedicated Loewe Home assortment.

Conceived to resemble a private collector’s residence, the store combines fashion with a curated selection of artworks and objects.

Casa Loewe presents pieces from the Loewe art collection together with works by recipients of the Loewe Foundation Craft Prize.

It features artists and makers that the house has supported for almost ten years.

Artworks by Henry Moore, Walter Price, Zizipho Poswa and Franz Erhard Walther, among others, are installed throughout the store.

The assortment of creations from Japan, South Africa, Germany and the UK is used to emphasise a focus on craft and materiality, with the space positioned as an invitation for visitors to explore different materials and the responses they evoke.

In November 2025, the European Commission imposed a total fine of €157m ($181.52m) on Loewe, Gucci and Chloé for engaging in resale price maintenance practices that violated European Union competition law.

The commission found that the three brands limited the freedom of independent third-party retailers to determine their own online and offline prices for goods sold under their labels.

The restrictions, which covered apparel, leather goods, footwear and accessories, were applied throughout the European Economic Area.
