European private equity firm OpCapita Consumer Opportunities Fund LP has signed a deal to buy Reiner AppelrathCüpper Nachf, a Germany-based leading designer womenswear retailer, from its current owner Moda Holding.

The move aims to accelerate existing growth strategy and expand the company’s store network.

Genstar Capital has purchased Infinite RF Holdings giving the target company an opportunity to further grow in the market.

Genstar Capital is a leading middle-market private equity firm, whereas Infinite RF Holdings is a supplier of engineering grade radio frequency (RF) technology components.
