European private equity firm OpCapita Consumer Opportunities Fund LP has signed a deal to buy Reiner AppelrathCüpper Nachf, a Germany-based leading designer womenswear retailer, from its current owner Moda Holding.

European private equity firm OpCapita Consumer Opportunities Fund LP has signed a deal to buy Reiner AppelrathCüpper Nachf, a Germany-based leading designer womenswear retailer, from its current owner Moda Holding.

The move aims to accelerate existing growth strategy and expand the company's store network.

Genstar Capital has purchased Infinite RF Holdings giving the target company an opportunity to further grow in the market.

Genstar Capital is a leading middle-market private equity firm, whereas Infinite RF Holdings is a supplier of engineering grade radio frequency (RF) technology components.

"The transaction was led by Singapore-based venture capital firm Beenext and Japan-based internet company Digital Garage."

Droom Technology plans to further grow its online business of automobile selling and buying using the $29.7m funding raised through a recently concluded Series-B funding round.

The funding involved participation of other venture capital firms, including Lightbox Ventures, Beenos Partners, and other existing investors.

Bright Lifecare (1MG Technologies), formerly known as HealthKartPlus, has collected an undisclosed amount from a recently concluded Series B funding round led by Healthcare Investments.

The company has earlier collected $15m from Maverick Capital Ventures through a Series B funding round.

Bright Lifecare is an e-provider of pharmaceutical products, whereas Healthcare Investments and Maverick Capital Ventures are investment firms based in Switzerland and US respectively.
