E-commerce solutions provider THG Ingenuity’s fulfilment and courier management solution THG Fulfil has partnered UK circular economy ecommerce group Huddled Group, to enhance the latter’s delivery capabilities.
The collaboration will provide Huddled with comprehensive fulfilment, courier management and warehouse storage solutions.

It will accelerate Huddled’s growth plans by offering faster turnaround times and scaleable warehousing solutions, and allow it to take orders up to 1am for same-day delivery.
The integration of THG Fulfil’s services will be fully operational before the end of the third quarter of 2025.
Huddled Group executive chairman Martin Higginson stated: “This partnership represents a step-change in our ability to deliver circular economy solutions at scale. THG Ingenuity’s fulfilment capabilities rival Amazon’s – something we’ve aspired to since we started this business. The ability to process orders until 1am for same-day delivery is a dream for any e-commerce retailer.”
Huddled will also have access to THG Ingenuity’s THG Studios facility. This will enable the company to build live e-commerce solutions using advanced AI technology and live presenters, aiming to increase the frequency and effectiveness of live sales broadcasts.

By GlobalDataThe announcement follows THG Fulfil’s recent investment in automation at its Manchester warehouse facility. The installation of 430 advanced Libiao T-sorting robots is projected to boost the operational capacity by an estimated 75%.
