Masar Mall is a new shopping centre under development in Makkah, Saudi Arabia. It is part of the larger Masar Destination project owned by Umm Al Qura for Development & Construction, an urban development company.

In March 2022, Umm Al Qura signed a partnership agreement with Hamat Holding to develop Masar Mall with an investment of up to SR2.7bn ($718.9m).

As part of the collaboration, Umm Al Qura also leased 20 plots of land to Hamat Holding for the construction of the mall.

Masar Mall is scheduled to open in 2026. It is expected to attract more than 20 million visitors annually and will become the largest shopping centre in Makkah.

The project is expected to play a crucial role in advancing the goals of Saudi Vision 2030, particularly in enhancing the quality of life.

Location of Masar Mall

Masar Mall is located at the western gateway of the Masar Destination, which is designed to become a modern landmark and cultural hub, improving the lives of Makkah’s residents, visitors, and pilgrims alike.

The mall is located directly opposite the Haramain high-speed railway station, offering visitors convenient access via the Third Ring and King Abdulaziz North and South roads. It benefits from a prime position, being only 3km (1.86 miles) from the Grand Mosque.

Masar Mall will serve as a vibrant extension of the iconic Masar Boulevard.
