SPAR Group and ReposiTrak have agreed to work together on an integrated service for retailers in the US.
The offering aims to help retailers keep shelves stocked, cut the burden on store staff, and improve the speed and consistency with which fast-moving products are placed on the sales floor.

It is available now to retailers and suppliers across the US, and is positioned for use in club, convenience, dollar, grocery, mass, and speciality retail.
According to ReposiTrak’s statement, retailers are operating under growing pressure as shoppers demand better availability while labour remains difficult to secure.
ReposiTrak also cited added operational strain as stores increasingly support online order fulfilment alongside in-store shopping.
The combined ReposiTrak–SPAR offering brings together ReposiTrak’s tools for scan-based trading, improving perpetual inventory accuracy, identifying out-of-stock situations, and optimising routes, with SPAR’s on-demand merchandising workforce that can be deployed nationwide.
The service is meant to provide a scalable way to protect in-stock levels without increasing the workload for store teams.
A central element of the partnership is surge, or on-demand, merchandising, designed to synchronise field labour with incoming priority inventory.
When deliveries arrive containing promotional lines, seasonal ranges, or high-velocity stock-keeping units (SKUs), SPAR teams can be sent to stores immediately.
ReposiTrak said this approach is intended to relieve store employees, ensure items are stocked correctly and without delay, reduce the risk of sales being missed due to late shelf placement, and provide extra support during busy periods or when staffing is constrained.
ReposiTrak chairman and CEO Randy Fields said: “Retailers do not need more dashboards –they need problems solved and actions taken.
“Our platform identifies the exact products and locations where action is required. SPAR brings people who can execute that action. Together, we are giving retailers a way to protect sales and reduce operational stress.”
SPAR Group president and CEO William Linnane said: “Retailers are asking for solutions that lighten the load on store teams while improving the shopper experience.
“By pairing ReposiTrak’s real-time insights with our national service footprint, we can help retailers keep shelves full, stores organised, and customers satisfied – without adding to store labour.”
