Electronics e-retailer Newegg has announced a collaboration with FedEx to provide a new order-delivery option to more than 2,500 FedEx locations in the US.
The collaboration will enable customers to order and hold packages for pick-up, allowing the packages to be stored securely at a specified location for free.

Both companies involved in the transaction are based in the US.
US-based cloud communications provider Fusion Telecommunications International has announced private placement of 2.4 million shares of its common stock priced at $1.15 a share, for gross proceeds of $2.8m.
Fusion will use the funds towards working capital and general corporate purposes.
