US-based fashion retailer Nordstrom will be partnering with social media influencer Arielle Charnas to launch a new standalone brand called Something Navy.

Under the new partnership, Charnas will be working with Nordstrom to design and develop the brand.

Exclusive to Nordstrom, Something Navy will be available via the retailer’s stores and website later this year.

“The brand will expand into additional categories each season, reinforcing our commitment to introduce exciting new product regularly.”

Nordstrom product group president Jennifer Jackson Brown said: “With Something Navy, we are able to give our customers an exclusive new brand based on Arielle’s unique aesthetic. The brand will expand into additional categories each season, reinforcing our commitment to introduce exciting new product regularly.

“The SomethingNavy x Treasure & Bond capsule collection we introduced in fall 2017 really resonated with our customers, and we could not be more thrilled to welcome her back to Nordstrom.”

The new brand collection will be launched in neutrals and complemented by subtle pops of colours, and prints.

The Something Navy range will be available in sizes from 00 to 18.

Last year, Nordstrom worked with Charnas to launch the Treasure & Bond x SomethingNavy capsule collection.

Charnas said: “After our collaboration last year, it was a natural choice to continue my work with Nordstrom.
