A total of 138 deals worth $2.14bn were announced in Q4 2019, compared to the last four-quarter average of 133 deals.
M&A was the leading category in the quarter with 83 deals which accounted for 60.1% of all deals.
In second place was venture financing with 32 deals, followed by private equity with 23 transactions, respectively accounting for 23.2% and 16.7% of overall deal activity in the country’s consumer industry during the quarter.

5) Good Set Investments’ acquisition of Xin Yunlian Investment for $109.14m.
