Spanish clothing company Inditex’s brand BERSHKA has partnered with artificial intelligence (AI)-powered 3D body measuring solution provider 3DLOOK to improve the customer purchasing experience.

BERSHKA’s website will feature 3DLOOK’s virtual fitting room YourFit, which offers accurate size and fit recommendations and the opportunity for a virtual try-on.

Shoppers are able to select an item and click on a “See how it fits me” widget through the AI-powered technology. They will then be voice-guided in real time through a simple camera-based flow.

YourFit’s 3D mapping technology and size recommendation solution will use front and side photos of customers and instantly provide the best-fitting sizes.

The photorealistic virtual try-on technology reduces garment return rates by 6% on average, and boosts conversions and sales.

This technology also offers customers interactive shopping experiences.
