US intimate apparel brand ThirdLove has established a new partnership with Bloomreach, a provider of AI-powered personalisation solutions, to enhance the customer experience personalisation across its digital platforms.

By leveraging Bloomreach’s Loomi AI technology, ThirdLove aims to personalise every aspect of the online shopping journey, from website visits to customer interactions.

Loomi AI is designed to customise each customer touchpoint, which can lead to increased engagement, sales and brand loyalty.

Bloomreach’s technology has already assisted 1,400 international brands such as Bosch, Puma and Marks & Spencer in expanding their reach through advanced solutions in marketing automation, search and merchandising, and conversational commerce.

ThirdLove chief marketing and digital officer Amy Carr stated: “Bloomreach will be key to unlocking a more personalised relationship with our customer and help her find exactly what she wants.

“Our company was built on a customer-first approach to design, guided by a mission to help every shopper feel their best. Bloomreach will ensure we take that same approach across our website experience. We’re creating a shopping experience as unique as the customers we serve, and we’re excited to have a strategic partner helping us achieve that.”

To implement Bloomreach’s technology effectively, ThirdLove is working with IM Digital, a trusted partner of Bloomreach with a history of successful deployments.

This collaboration will enable ThirdLove to harness a unified data source for AI-driven personalisation strategies that are expected to improve conversion rates, encourage repeat business and strengthen customer loyalty.

Bloomreach chief marketing officer Amanda Cole stated: “Knowing how integral personalisation and innovation are to Bloomreach, we can’t imagine a better fit for a partnership. We look forward to helping build experiences tailored to every ThirdLove customer, and driving consequential growth for ThirdLove along the way.”
