France-based retailer of children garments and toys ÏDKids Community has selected Oracle Retail Planning and Optimization Cloud Services to enhance the customer experience by understanding their behaviours.

The retailer has deployed Oracle Retail Merchandise Financial Planning Cloud Services and Retail Assortment Planning Cloud Services to enhance the buying and planning of their inventory.

These solutions will also assist the company to speed-up digital transformation through a cloud infrastructure.

ÏDKids Community chief information officer Rodolphe Even said: “Consumer behaviour is shifting and we know that having tools with accurate perspective on how customers engage with our brands will ensure we’re making the right merchandising decisions.

ÏDKids Community offers children garments and toys across a range of retail brands, including Okaidi, Jacadi, Obaibi, and Oxybul. It operates more than 1,300 stores in 53 countries.
