Specialty retailer of men’s big and tall apparel Destination XL Group (DXLG) has selected global software company Infor’s customer engagement solutions.
The technology is expected to increase sales, improve customer segmentation and drive marketing activities.
The retailer will work in collaboration with an Infor Alliance Partner, Three Deep Marketing, to use the platform’s customer engagement solutions in order to strengthen its relationships with existing and new customers by understanding preferences around promotions, pricing and assortment.
As part of the deal, DXLG will deploy a range of solutions such as Infor CloudSuite CRM, Infor Marketing Resource Management (MRM), Infor Omnichannel Campaign Management (OCCM) and Infor Loyalty to reduce noise and offer relevant communications across all channels.

The retailer will transition to comprehensive customer data platform using Infor CloudSuite CRM and Infor Loyalty to gain deep insights into the customer’s preferences and behaviours.
Leveraging Infor OCCM, DXLG plans to also create a differentiated customer engagement experience, drive growth and boost customer satisfaction.
Three Deep will support DXLG to transition to the new Infor solutions.
