Dick’s debuted Public Lands, an outdoor-focused speciality store concept, at Cranberry Square in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, in September.

The company also opened a redesigned Golf Galaxy Performance Centre in Woodbury.

The concept store will offer equipment, apparel and footwear from major brands, including NIKE, adidas, Under Armour and FootJoy.

Golfers will also have access to TrackMan and BioMech golf technologies, advanced hitting bays, custom fittings and golf instructions from certified PGA professionals.

The company is committed to remodelling and launching 18 Golf Galaxy locations and expediting its technology offerings in all its US stores by the end of this year.

As well as these store concepts, Dick’s has revealed plans to open two more Going, Going, Gone! stores, two Warehouse Sale locations and two relocated Dick’s Sporting Goods locations.

The omnichannel sporting goods retailer operated 734 Dick’s Sporting Goods locations in the US as of 30 October.

The company also owns and operates Field & Stream concept stores and a youth sports mobile app, GameChanger.
