US-based electronics and major appliances retailer Electronic Express is planning to deploy the Jesta I.S. (Jesta) unified commerce platform to enhance client experience and the company’s growth.

Based in Montreal, Canada, Jesta offers integrated solutions for the omnichannel retailing sector.

Using Jesta’s retail platform, Electronic Express intends to transform its enterprise capabilities, as well as deliver in-store and e-com experience to its customers and associates.

As per the deal, the electronics retailer will use Jesta’s merchandising, the point-of-sale, gift card, loyalty, distributed order management, financials, and WMS modules, as well as advanced business intelligence, reporting and mobile capabilities.
