“We are confident that our unified commerce platform will enable Electronic Express to elevate their customer journey and fuel their expansive growth, and we are looking forward to working closely with them as we move to the next phase of this exciting project.”

Using Jesta’s retail platform, Electronic Express intends to transform its enterprise capabilities, as well as deliver in-store and e-com experience to its customers and associates.

As per the deal, the electronics retailer will use Jesta’s merchandising, the point-of-sale, gift card, loyalty, distributed order management, financials, and WMS modules, as well as advanced business intelligence, reporting and mobile capabilities.

Electronic Express CEO Sam Yazdian said: “We were essentially operating in silos. Providing the best customer experience is our top priority, but we were running on legacy systems that did not talk to each other, and it was preventing us from growing and delivering on our promise of a distinguished shopping experience for our customers.”
