Canada-based clothing brand Frank and Oak has chosen Centric Software (Centric) to provide its product lifecycle management (PLM) solution to improve its competitiveness in the market.
Established in 2012, Frank and Oak designs, manufactures and sells clothing and accessories through its 16 retail locations across Canada, including street, mall and pop-up stores.
Frank and Oak merchandising vice-president Frédéric Boivin said: “In order to reduce time to market, we need to streamline our processes in line with industry best practices and establish a collaborative platform for our teams.
“Centric PLM will allow greater collaboration between internal teams and external partners. Our objective is to have a single source of information to enhance efficient communication and maximise accuracy.”
The Canadian retailer further added that the new PLM solution would help its teams to collaborate more efficiently and streamline product development.
Headquartered in Silicon Valley, California, US, Centric Software has been developing enterprise technology solutions to the fashion, retail, footwear and consumer goods companies in order to help them achieve their strategic and operational digital transformation goals.
