Customer loyalty platform Hatch Loyalty has partnered with mobile commerce leader CARDFREE to bring personalised engagement and mobile wallet services to large retailers.

The partnership is expected to provide order-ahead, stored-value, engagement and loyalty services to gas stations and convenience stores.

Hatch Loyalty CEO Dan Gloede said: “Loyalty is an outcome of a great customer experience, which includes new ways of engaging customers via mobile.

“We believe Hatch’s experience and focus on gas and convenience will be tremendously beneficial to a combined solution.”

“We believe customers that order-ahead and leverage mobile payments technology ultimately help drive value for retailers. Jon Squire and the CARDFREE team recognise this, and have built an industry-leading mobile wallet platform.”

Using customer data, Hatch intends to enable retail partners to drive conversion and diversify sales through personalised offers and recommendations.

Retailers using the CARDFREE enterprise mobile wallet platform can engage consumers.
