Diltex has partnered with IBM to deploy its technology services solution as part of its efforts to transform its business digitally.

As part of the deal, IBM will focus on enhancing the fashion company’s customer experience, as well as strengthening its production, distribution and commercialisation processes.

Diltex IT director Ricardo Segón said: “Our customers are our main focus. In Diltex, we have set ourselves the goal of serving our clients on any channel they wish with a unique experience.

“Today, IBM is responsible for our technological infrastructure to help make our internal processes more efficient.”

IBM technology services solution features data centre and process contingency capabilities to offer multiple points of contact to customers with brands. The company will continue to increase loyalty through an omnichannel experience.

The IBM solution offers flexibility, capabilities to support business applications and transform its operation in stores, while allowing it to deploy a new digital point-of-sale application.

“IBM is responsible for our technological infrastructure to help make our internal processes more efficient.”

IBM Mexico services director Eduardo Sarmiento said: “Diltex has already begun the path of their transformation, implementing a comprehensive strategy that includes not only renewing the customer experience but strengthening its entire technological structure to streamline its internal processes, maximise revenue and reduce costs.

“With this project, we are helping Diltex build and run a technology environment that is protected and easier to implement, with the final customer in the centre of their strategy.”

Diltext expects the partnership to allow the company to offer more value to its customers and employees, as well as encourage its growth in Mexico, the US, and Central America.
