Fashion retailer Charles & Keith has signed an agreement with ecommerce payment management services company CyberSource to provide its customers with a secure and streamlined online payment experience.
The company has reported that CyberSource's payment and fraud management solutions helped it to increase its online card acceptance rate by up to 17% while reducing the rate of manual review by nearly two-thirds.
Charles & Keith has deployed CyberSource's full suite of payment, fraud management and tokenisation services in a number of its markets.
According to the company, CyberSource's global payment gateway enables it to process a wide range of international payments from multiple card issuers, including selecting alternative payment methods across various web and mobile channels, through a single connection.
Charles & Keith executive director Tse Ling Lau said: "As an established global leader in the ecommerce payment management industry, CyberSource's holistic suite of payment and fraud management solutions enables us to optimise our entire payment process across the complete order lifecycle.
“As a result, we are able to simplify and streamline the customer journey, while ensuring that payment information and personal data are kept secured."
The company is also using the CyberSource Decision Manager, allowing it to automate and streamline its fraud operations.
The deployment of CyberSource Decision Manager has resulted in minimised fraud losses with enhanced accuracy resulting from more data, proprietary scoring algorithms and custom rules while streamlining manual review with a case management dashboard.
A wholly owned subsidiary of Visa, CyberSource offers solutions to 475,000 large and small businesses.
Charles & Keith has more than 500 stores in Asia Pacific, Europe and the Middle East, as well as an online platform.
