iCracked Japan has announced the addition of nine new stores throughout the country as part of its retail expansion plans.
The latest expansion comes 13 months after the first store was opened in December 2015 in collaboration with Hikari Tsushin.
The company has also built a network of certified professionals called iTechs across 600 cities in the US, who respond to on-demand repair requests in their local area.
The nine storefronts will provide customers with repair services for iPhones and iPads, and iTechs in Japan have been trained to uphold the same quality of customer service.
iCracked CEO and co-founder AJ Forsythe said: "This joint venture has perfectly combined iCracked's repair expertise with Hikari Tsushin's extensive and prosperous retail experience.
“We are fortunate to have a partner that not only touts significant market share in serving millions of customers per year, but has worked diligently to build world-class customer experience in localising the iCracked brand in Japan."
