Shopper and consumer insights provider InfoScout has entered the UK market with services set to be made available from next January.

According to the company, the expansion is expected to deliver omnichannel purchase behaviours and attitudes to brands, retailers and agencies.

InfoScout also noted that clients in the UK will benefit from its modern approaches to panel data collection and insights delivery.

Some of the company’s clients in the US include Procter & Gamble, Unilever, PepsiCo, Samsung and Kroger.

The services to be provided by the company to its clients comprise daily data updates from a representative panel, in addition to omnichannel purchase behaviours that cover all formats of in-store and online retail.

The company also offers the Receipt Hog mobile app that enables shoppers to capture pictures of their receipts and answer surveys.

In addition, clients can have access to services such as Shopper Surveys, Buy & Why Studies, and Insights Platform.

Through the Shopper Surveys feature, the company focuses on specific shoppers and consumers based on real, observed behaviours.
