

US-based Jo-Ann Fabric and Craft Stores has launched the new ‘Buy Online, Pick Up in Store’ service across its 862 retail locations.
The service will allow customers to purchase select merchandise online and pick it up at a store of their choice.
Jo-Ann marketing and omnichannel senior vice-president Chris DiTullio said: “We continue to look for ways to improve our customer experience, both online and in store.
“We’re happy to offer this service exclusively within the fabric and craft industry, providing our customers with more options to shop when and how they choose, thus helping them save valuable time.”
The ‘Buy Online, Pick Up in Store’ service will help customers choose their products by visiting joann.com that offers more than 150,000 stock keeping units (SKU) in fabric, craft and decor categories.
Customers also have access to an extended range of products beyond what are specified for home delivery.

By GlobalDataProducts can also be purchased online via smartphone, tablet or desktop computer, by selecting the Jo-Ann pick-up location.
Customers can also choose to have their orders delivered to their homes.
Jo-Ann Fabric and Craft Stores has locations in 49 states and provides fabrics and craft supplies.
