Regent Holding Company, a home furnishing retailer in the US, has taken over Illume Holding Company, which deals in home fragrance and beauty products.

The acquisition will help expand the product portfolio of Regent, which trades its products through the Creative Co-Op and Bloomingville brands.

California-based Jackson Family Wines has signed an agreement to acquire Penner-Ash Wine Cellars from its founders Lynn and Ron Penner-Ash.

As part of the deal, the former will be responsible of Penner-Ash’s winery and sustainably farmed vineyards to expand its business in Oregon, US.

3i Group has sold 100% of its equity in amor GmbH to Dutch private equity firm Gilde Buy Out Partners BV and amor management, for a consideration of €197m ($222.19m approximately).

The transaction is yet to receive approval from anti-trust authorities.

Brazos Private Equity Partners, a private investment firm, has sold 100% of its equity in apparel brand Southern Tide to Oxford Industries for $85m.

Oxford Industries arranged the required funds for the purchase through loans under its US asset-based credit facility.

Oxford will be able to expand its product offerings through the purchase.
