Sino is an expandable polystyrene and paper honeycomb packaging products manufacturer and seller based in Hong Kong.
Lorenzo International is a Singapore-based lifestyle furniture designer, manufacturer and retailer, while BD is an investment holding company.
The acquisition will help Sino to expand its investment portfolio.
